While on your dashboard, click "Update Profile" in the left sidebar, enter your updated details, and click "Update" to save the changes and make them live.
After selecting your course, you will be redirected to the checkout page where you can choose from multiple payment options to complete your course fee/booking fee. Available payment methods include: Jazzcash, easypaisa or other Digital bank account, 1Bill Invoice, Credit/Debit Card, Bank Challan
Once you have completed the payment and enrolled in a course, you can join the live session at the scheduled time by clicking the button on the session page.
To enroll in a course, simply navigate to the course page, click the "Enroll" button, complete the payment, and you can immediately start learning!
Once you have completed the payment and enrolled in the course, you can immediately access any recorded content. For live classes, you will need to join at the scheduled time.
If you encounter any technical issues, please contact the support team immediately, and we will assist you in resolving the problem.
You can contact the expert through the messaging feature available on the course page or use the contact information provided in their profile.
Signing up as an expert on the Hunarmand Program is completely free! Simply create your account and verify your identity. Once verified, you will gain access to upload your courses, schedule classes, and manage bookings.
Your earnings in the Hunarmand Program depend on the number of sessions you conduct and how many learners participate. You can set a fee per session and choose the number of learner slots, earning based on the sessions you hold.
Log in to your account, go to the "Bookings" section, and update your calendar with your available time slots.
Payments for your tutoring sessions are processed through our platform and transferred to your designated bank account after 30 days.
If a student cancels a session within 24 hours of the scheduled time, you may be entitled to a cancellation fee. Check the platform’s cancellation policy for details.
During your session, go to the "Recording" section in the "Host Control Panel" and begin recording. Once the session ends, the recording will be accessible to the participants on the site. New learners can also pay to access the recording.
Once a session is complete, you can find the recording in the dashboard of that specific session. Note: Recordings of paid sessions on the Hunarmand Program are private and cannot be shared on other social or business platforms. Learners can access these recorded sessions directly on the site.
We advise against rescheduling an event once enrollments and payments have been made. If you need to change the date or time of an event, go to the "Sessions List" in the left sidebar of your dashboard, click "Edit" for the event you wish to reschedule, update the details, and click "Update."
