All content created by instructors remains the property of the instructor and is protected by copyright law.

Unless otherwise stated, you may not:

- Republish, sell, rent, or sub-license materials from Hunarmand Program.

- Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or redistribute content hosted on Hunarmand Program.

- Alter, frame, or modify our website’s visual appearance without prior approval.

User-Generated Content

Instructors are solely responsible for the content they upload, including course materials, videos, and educational resources. By uploading content, instructors warrant that they hold the necessary rights to that content and agree not to infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights.

Hunarmand Program is not responsible for any content posted by users, and we do not filter, edit, or review content before it is published. However, we reserve the right to monitor, edit, or remove content that violates our terms or is deemed inappropriate.

Instructor Responsibilities

Instructors are responsible for the quality and accuracy of the content they upload to the platform. They must ensure that the course material is not misleading, offensive, or harmful to students. Hunarmand Program is not liable for any issues arising from the content created by instructors.

Payment Processing

Hunarmand Program provides the platform for instructors to sell their courses. We offer integration with local Pakistani payment gateways such as JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfers, and other global payment systems. Payment processing is handled securely through these third-party systems, and instructors will receive payment for their courses as per the agreed revenue share.

Removal of Content

If any content or course violates these terms or is reported as inappropriate, we reserve the right to remove it from the platform without prior notice. Instructors will be notified if their content is removed, and they will have the opportunity to resolve any issues.

Liability

Hunarmand Program is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or harm caused by the use of the platform. We do not guarantee that the content, services, or functionality on the website will be uninterrupted or error-free. Instructors and users use the platform at their own risk.

We are not liable for:

- Issues arising from third-party integrations (e.g., payment processing errors, technical failures).

- Content uploaded by instructors or users.
